02 — How it works

Assignment
The employee is added — courses for their position and site are assigned automatically.

Training
Video, texts and tests in KZ, RU or EN. Progress is saved, sections open in order.

EDS certificate
After the final test the certificate is generated and signed by the commission with EDS.

QR verification
The ID card's QR opens a public profile with valid documents and signature check.
03 — Documents and EDS
The certificate is the result. Not a “course completed” mark.
Compliance is calculated from valid documents only. Each one is signed with EDS keys of the NCA RK, has a validity period and a verification page — and can be revoked or reissued with a full audit trail.
